Porto Heli is the perfect spot if you are a beginner or intermediate windsurfer and we include beginner tuition and skills clinics for those looking to progress. Heli’ benefits from a sheltered bay and predictable winds which promote easy-learning and quick progression.
Calm mornings provide perfect learning conditions, while the afternoon breeze gradually picks up to deliver fun, manageable sailing for all abilities.
Windsurfing tuition is included in the cost of your holiday. We include a starter lesson for beginners and guests who would like a little ‘brushing up’ so that you are free to use our windsurf kit all week, with safety boat cover always on hand.
If you’ve done a little windsurfing before, there’s no need to join a lesson (unless you want to), simply come down to the watersports centre and our team will help you rig up a board so you can go for a blast.
Our water sports centre is open each day with safety boat cover from 9.30am until the last guest comes off the water and it’ll remain open over lunch, so you can windsurf non-stop if you want to!
You can book onto a Windsurfing course as a beginner or intermediate. You will have two full days of dedicated tuition by our own RYA instructors. With ratios of 6 to 1 instructor and calm, predictable conditions – the focus is on fun, where the learning curve is especially fast.

Our Beach Team is made up of experienced RYA instructors who combine trusted RYA teaching methods with our own Ocean Elements Fast Forward coaching approach. It’s designed to help you learn more quickly in the calm, relaxed and pressure-free atmosphere of our Beach Club.
