In all our centres, we have a range of extras to complement your holiday. To book, simply add them to your booking with your initial reservation or add them to you My Holiday client area if you’ve already booked.
At Ocean Elements, we include all your dinghy sailing and windsurfing tuition for free. Our rather brilliant and very experienced RYA instructors will teach beginner to advanced sailing and windsurfing in daily clinics and RYA courses so you can even go home with a new and internationally recognised qualification, for no extra charge!
We include RYA dinghy courses for free with our holidays. They include 12 to 16 hours tuition from our expert instructors to give you a new sailing qualification.

Our one day course is designed for anyone who has some sailing experience but would like to improve their boat handling skills and close quarter manoeuvres.
When our Beachclub yacht is available, it’s particularly useful for anyone who sails yachts or if you’re chartering a yacht (with us) in week two of Stay Sail holiday. Among many things, we’ll cover stern to mooring, coming along side and anchoring. It’s a popular course - normally done on a Wednesday or Friday - for guests staying at our Surf Hotel in Vassiliki only. Book on arrival only.
We offer Windsurf foiling taster-sessions for free at the Surf Hotel in Vassiliki; and at Akti Beach and Akti Palace on Kos. If you’d like to learn more, our ‘First Flight’ course is only £99.
We offer Windsurf foiling taster-sessions for free at the Nautica Bay Beachclub in Porto Heli using the latest easy-to-foil boat from brand ‘Foiling Dinghy’. If you’d like to learn more, our ‘First Flight’ course is only £99.
We offer free water sports tasters and joyrides in our Kids Clubs, but if you would like more dedicated coaching for your 8-13yr olds, then our Youth Squad is what you need. We follow the RYA youth syllabus and teach all 4 stages - both sailing and windsurfing - for five full days a week. You can book a two week Youth Squad for ten days coaching over two weeks.
In our Nautica Bay Beach Club in Porto Heli; and Akti Beach and Akti Palace in Kos - you can upgrade to a Junior or superior suite for a little extra. These are our very best rooms and they have more space, premium facilities and direct sea views. They do tend to book up first, so if you want a little more ‘luxe’ in your life - ask our sales team now about how you can book into a suite.
In the Surf Hotel, Vassiliki, all rooms are a similar standard but you can upgrade to a front-of-house room with more direct sea views.
For the Surf Hotel, you can pre-book three evening meals (Monday welcome meal, Wednesday theme meal and Saturday farewell Beach BBQ) for a special package price.
For Hotel Leda, you can pre-book a half board upgrade for 7 days for £109pp (£59 for children under 15). You can choose to take your 7 extra meals as lunches or dinners when you arrive in resort.
We offer and run a great many excursions in all our centres, from culture tours to visits to the wine museum; and from paddle cruises (on paddle craft) to bike rides and island hopping boat trips. You can read up about them on this website and book them in resort when you arrive.
As you'd expect, we take your enjoyment and safety really seriously when you travel with us. We have partnered with Endsleigh to develop a bespoke policy that is specifically designed for our guests and the activities we offer. Policies start from only £21.16.
