Spend your first week enjoying the comforts of our waterfront hotel with inclusive activities and watersports; before taking to the seas aboard your yacht for week two on our Ocean Elements flotilla, Flexi Flotilla, or Bareboat programme.

Athena is a brand new, fresh-out-of-the-box Hanse 388 and one of our finest yachts. She sports a teak cockpit and no less than 19 windows in the deck that light up her thoroughly modern, upgraded cedar wood interior. Whilst she might sound like a greenhouse, she sails like a yacht and a very good one, too.

Her finger light helm is enhanced with twin carbon-composite steering wheels and we’ve added lots of special extras during her build to make her into the perfect Med-cruiser so you can enjoy alfresco living and sunbathing as well as the sailing.

About our Beach Club

Spend a relaxing week in Vassiliki enjoying an array of shore-based activities and water sports like dinghy sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, biking and fitness classes while the kids go wild in our Active Clubs.

After a week of activities and learning new skills from our brilliant RYA watersports instructors, get ready to join your yacht for a blissful week of cruising around the beautiful Ionians. Join our flotilla and discover crystal clear anchorages and a new island stopover each day; or go bareboating, or try our Flexi Flotilla, if you’d prefer to set your own itinerary.

Need a qualification?

If you need a skippers qualification to charter a yacht for week two then why not take your Day Skipper course with us beforehand? Many guests will combine a sailing course (in their first week) with a second week on flotilla, so they can try their hand at skippering with the comfort of our yacht team close by.

Bareboat and Flexi Flotilla

For week two of your Stay Sail holiday you can choose to join our Flotilla or go Bareboating; or perhaps try our Flexi Flotilla option. Bareboating suits those with sailing experience who prefer to decide on their own itinerary and return to the yacht base at the end of the charter.

Flexi Flotilla allows you to dip in and out of our flotilla and enjoy the benefits of sailing in company and plotting your own itinerary. It suits those with experience who appreciate the framework of a flotilla for its lead crew support, the camaraderie and the kids entertainments and socials. There’s no need to book our Flexi option in advance, simply speak to the lead crew on arrival and they will help you plan your Flexi Flotilla week.

Flotilla Sailing

Our Ocean Elements’ flotilla is the most popular option for week two of a Stay Sail. We run them with a brilliant team, consisting of a skipper, a host and an engineer. Our flotillas are loved by everyone, from beginner skippers to more experienced sailors looking to sail in company for a purely relaxing break. Our lead crew will take care of the planning, put on some entertainment (great for the kids!) and help you moor up at the end of each day.

Get qualified with us

Why not pick up a sailing qualification or gain your skippers license before joining our flotilla for a second week. It’s the best way to learn: get qualified with our Yachtmaster instructor and then put into practice your newfound skills on our flotilla, with our lead crew always close by.

You can qualify for your Day Skipper while your family relaxes back at our club, and then take them off sailing for your second week. Or why not learn together with your family and friends by renting our tuition yacht and instructor privately for a week. We can teach Competent Crew, Day Skipper and Start Yachting courses (age 10+) all together - and on the same yacht - so different abilities can learn together.

Take the pressure off with a skippered sailing holiday. Whether you're a newbie to sailing or you'd like an expert on board to lend a hand and give you a proper chance to relax.

Skippers are charged from £120 per day, which is £840 per week. That's only £140 per person for a group of six!
